Vietnamese title: Nghiên cứu thành phần loài cá sống tầng đáy phổ biển tại tỉnh Phú Yên và Khánh Hòa dựa vào đặc điểm hình thái và di truyền.

English title: Study species composition of demersal fish in Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa province based on morphological and genetic characters.

My study determinine species composition of demersal fishs (Anguillifomes and Perciformes orders) by morphological and genetic characters. In total, 19 demersal fish species were detected belong 12 genera, 10 families, 2 orders. In which Anguilliformes order occupy 13 species, 7 genera, 5 families; Perciformes occupy 6 species, 5 genera, 5 families. Phylogenetic tree was constructed using 16S rDNA gene of mitochondrial DNA. The phylogram showed monophyly at genera and families level, except for the Synaphobranchidae. The separation of the Anguilliformes and Perciformes corresponds to the morphological characteristics of the different orders. Further research need to build up the DNA barcode of demersal fish in Vietnam.
