Other positions/involvements: He is the Officer in international society: North American Sturgeon and Paddlefish Society, serves as President-elect for Mississippi Chapter of the American Fisheries Society. He serves as a Guest editor for Environmental Biology of Fishes, Southeastern Naturalist, reviewers for Journal of Experimental Biology, Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology, North American Journal of Aquaculture, Environmental Biology of Fishes. Research & Teaching: His research at MSU focuses on Fish physiology, physiological ecology, metabolism, osmoregulation, primitive fishes. He teach Fish Physiology at MSU, and Professional Communications in Natural Resources. His research has been published and presented in several national and international peer-reviewed journals (comprising 9 publications). He has advised several PhD, MSc, and undergraduate students and research. |
